Discounts Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability of Discounts:
   • All discounts—including Buy One, Get One Free offers, normal discounts, and special code discounts—apply only to purchases made directly through our branches and/or our website.
   • Discounts do not apply to purchases made through quotations or the main office.
2. Exclusions:
   • Delivery services are not included in any discount promotions.
   • Not all items are eligible for discounts. Please check with our branches or website for a list of eligible items.
3. Buy One, Get One Free Offer:
   • The free item will always be the item of equal or lesser value compared to the purchased item.
   • Reservations of items are not allowed during the promotion period.
4. Special Code and Normal Discounts:
   • Special code discounts and normal discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
   • Special codes must be applied at the time of purchase by entering the code online or presenting it in-store.
